REFUND POLICY

Eligibility

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. To receive a full refund on bedding, all packaging must be unopened. When returning pottery, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

The below categories are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:

  • Fine Art
  • Art Prints
  • Illustrations
  • Books
  • Stationary
  • Customized/Design Your Own Items
  • Final Sale Items 
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)
  • Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

Additionally, all orders placed through International Checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Apparel, Accessories and Home Decor items, can only be exchanged for store credit, but not returned for refund. Exchanges are limited to one time per item. Restocking fee may apply according to the item. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace eligible items if they are defective or damaged (Please see eligible categories above). If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us to info@roxanafrontini.com attaching a picture of the defective or damaged item within 5 days of receiving it. 

Shipping for Returns 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TERMS OF SERVICE

CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in USD$ (American Dollars).

SHIPPING

Goods are shipped by USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail or Express Priority Mail. This is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days for regular post and 2 - 3 business days for Express depending on your location within the United States (longer if you are overseas.)

All print orders take 5-10 business days.

International orders can choose USPS or International Courier Service.

International customers may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately the Roxana Frontini team has no control on how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Roxana Frontini HQ is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information.

All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on weight of order and location of delivery.

 

ROXANA FRONTINI is not responsible for shipments processed through third parties that get lost or stolen, nor is Shop Roxana Frontini responsible for mistaken addresses provided.

HOLIDAY DATES
Final orders will be sent out on 19th December - orders need to be placed by 2pm EST on Tuesday 18th December to be included in this shipment.

Delivery by Christmas Day can not be guaranteed.

Final PRINT orders will be sent out on 19th December - orders need to be placed by 5pm EST on 17th December to be included in this shipment.

Any orders placed AFTER the 20th of December will be sent out the week beginning 7th January. All print orders will be processed the week beginning 7th of January.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

SECURITY POLICY When purchasing from Roxana Frontini your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION? When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We've listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider's internal stats tracker to record the number of visits _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart. _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from wherein

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards will be emailed to you as soon as the payment is processed. This may take up to two business days.
Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of issue and cannot be extended or changed.
They can be used to buy goods on www.roxanafrontini.com only.
You can transfer the Gift Card to a friend by simply forwarding them the email we send you.
Please allow 2 business days from the date of purchase for the card to be activated.
