Shipping Address Errors

Shop.RoxanaFrontini.com and its affiliates are not responsible for mistaken addresses provided. Errors on mailing addresses that may result in delivery failures, are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or art collector who placed the order. Delivery errors due to mistaken addresses are not eligible for refunds.  

Delivery Errors

Postal services are a completely separate operational entity than ours, therefore RoxanaFrontini.com and its affiliates are not able to offer a form of coverage when a package is claimed to be delivered by the carriers. Any and all issues related to delivery, tracking number, package delivered in address different than the one provided at checkout, and any other similar situation related strictly to the delivery process, are to be handled with the carrier by the customer and/or art collector directly .
