REFUND POLICY

Eligibility

 

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. To receive a full refund on bedding, all packaging must be unopened. When returning pottery, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

The below categories are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:

  • Fine Art
  • Art Print
  • Illustrations
  • Books
  • Stationary
  • Customized/Design Your Own Items
  • Final Sale Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)
  • Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

Additionally, all orders placed through International Checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Apparel, Accessories and Home Decor items, can only be exchanged for store credit, but not returned for refund. Exchanges are limited to one time per item. Restocking fee may apply according to the item. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace eligible items if they are defective or damaged (Please see eligible categories above). If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us to info@roxanafrontini.com attaching a picture of the defective or damaged item within 5 days of receiving it. 

Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $175, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Address Errors

 

Shop.RoxanaFrontini.com and its affiliates are not responsible for mistaken addresses provided. Errors on mailing addresses that may result in delivery failures, are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or art collector who placed the order. Delivery errors due to mistaken addresses are not eligible for refunds.  

Delivery Errors

Postal services are a completely separate operational entity than ours, therefore shop.RoxanaFrontini.com and its affiliates are not able to offer a form of coverage when a package is claimed to be delivered by the carriers. Any and all issues related to delivery, tracking number, package delivered in address different than the one provided at checkout, and any other similar situation related strictly to the delivery process, are to be handled with the carrier by the customer and/or art collector directly.
